Populations served:
Child victims of child abuse, rape / sexual assault, dating violence, and assault, including:
- ages 18 and under.
- significant others.
- non-offending parents.
- undocumented immigrants.
Fees for services:
Some services as indicated below*. Fees based on a sliding scale, insurance is billed, CVB reimbursement is utilized and / or fee is waived.
Medical Services
- Specialized medical / forensic examination* for the evaluation of sexual abuse including HIV prophylaxis, pregnancy prevention and date rape drug testing.
- Psychological / mental health referrals.
Advocacy:
- Criminal justice advocacy.
- Other types of advocacy for survivors of child sexual abuse.
Counseling:
- Short-term individual.
- Short-term group counseling as scheduled.
Other Services:
- Information and referral services.
- Play therapy for children.
Educational / Training Services
- Professional trainings regarding child sexual abuse (mandated state training).
Special Considerations
- Adolescents can receive medical / counseling services from the ages of 12-18 without parental consent.
- We respect client confidentiality.
- 24 hour social work coverage in the Emergency Department.
- Interpreters are available for other languages.
