All eligible veterans who were sexually harassed / assaulted during military service.
Women veteran survivors and their family members:
- adults.
- sex offenders.

Fees for services:
None. Free for all veterans with honorable discharge.
Medical Services
- Examinations handled by local Veterans Hospital.
- Psychiatric evaluations for all survivors administered by local Veteran Hospital.
Advocacy:
- Criminal justice advocacy for all populations for incidents before and after military service.
Counseling:
- Short-term individual for all survivors and sex offenders.
- Long-term individual for all survivors and sex offenders.
- Short-term group counseling to survivors of rape / sexual assault, domestic violence and sexual harassment as scheduled.
- Telephone counseling.
Other Services:
- Information and referral services.
- Family therapy.
- Creative arts therapy.
Educational / Training Services
- Community education.
- Professional trainings.
