Females ages 13 and over including:
- transgender adults and teens
- girls and boys, ages 6-13.
- female significant others.
- female undocumented immigrants.
Fees for services:
Most services based on a sliding scale* according to income. Free services are available to female & transgender survivors of sexual violence, domestic violence and childhood abuse (sexual and other). Teens (14-19) classes are free of charge.

- Self Defense / Safety Techniques / Violence Prevention/Reduction*.
- Karate training*.
- T'Ai Chi Chuan training*.
- Karate / Self-Defense training for teenage women & transgender youth, ages 13-18*.
- Karate / Self Defense training for girls and boys, ages 6-13*.
Educational / Training Services
- Community education regarding self-defense violence prevention (workshops & courses) - sliding scale fee*.
- Professional trainings regarding self-defenses / violence prevention for staff & clients (workshops & courses) - sliding scale fee*.
