  • Legal Services and Referrals:
  • AALDEF focuses on critical issues affecting Asian Americans, including human trafficking. The AALDEF Anti-Trafficking Initiative provides free legal representation (U and T Visas and civil litigation) to trafficked women and youth to ensure survivors access to human services.

Other Services

AALDEF also focuses on critical issues such as immigrant rights, civic participation and voting rights, economic justice for workers, language access to services, census policy, affirmative action, youth rights and educational equity, the elimination of anti-Asian violence, and police misconduct through litigation, education, and advocacy.
