Survivors, friends, family and others came together to celebrate healing and recovery from sexual violence. The festival featured music, performances, dancers, spoken word, inspirational speakers, and more. The annual event, now in its 5th year, is sponsored by the New York City Alliance Against Sexual Assault in association with Midnight Kitchen Media.

Survivors of sexual assault, and child sexual abuse including:
- all ages
- females and male
- significant others.
- non-offending parents.
- undocumented immigrants.
- gay, lesbian, transgender or questioning
Fees for services:
Counseling services are free. Fees for medical and psychiatric services with CVB available.
Medical Services
- 24-hour 7 day a week sensitive care counselors available within one hour of patient arrival.
- Medical forensic examination including HIV, STI prophylaxis and pregnancy prevention treatment.
Advocacy:
- Criminal justice advocacy.
Counseling:
- Short-term and Long-term individual.
- Short-term and Long-term group counseling as scheduled.
- Telephone counseling.
Other Services:
- Information and referral services.
Educational / Training Services
- Community education.
- Police sensitivity trainings.
- Professional trainings.
Volunteer Opportunities:
- Emergency Department Rape Crisis Counselors.
- General office opportunities.
- Research projects and other development project.
Special Considerations
- Under 13 years of age need parents permission.
- Parental consent may be required for adolescents receiving medical treatment but not counseling treatment.
