Free Support Group for Adult Female Survivors of Rape or Sexual Assault

Populations Served

Assists male and female surviviors of rape, attempted rape, childhood sexual abuse, and incest; as well as their families and significant others.

Ages +13

Undocumented immigrants

Non offending parents

Fees for services:

Services are free of charge.

Medical Services:

24-hour 7 days a week rape crisis counselors in the Emergency Department.
Medical forensic examination including HIV prophylaxis and pregnancy prevention.

Advocacy:

Emergency Room Volunteer advocates for survivors.

Special Considerations

We respect client confidentiality.

Counseling:

Short term Individual counseling
Crisis intervention in the Emergency Department of Wyckoff Medical Center by trained advocates
Phone counseling

Educational / Training Services

Community outreach and preventive education workshops
Training to professionals
Presentations in the Community
