For Fall 2008 Intake:

This is a 40 hour NYS DOH certified SAFE Certification Course provided in a 5 DAY FORMAT

FALL 2008 COURSE SCHEDULE IS AS FOLLOWS:

3 days "in person" training:
  • Wednesday, Nov. 5th (registration 8:30am, class 9am - 5pm)
  • Thursday, Nov.6th (CLINICAL SESSION) (9am - 5pm)
  • Wednesday, Nov. 12th (registration 8:30am, class 9am - 5pm)
 NOTE: Exact room locations and directions will be sent with your confirmation letters.

2 days "on-line" training to be completed between November 5th - December 30th, 2008

  • Registration Due by October 5th, 2008
  • Registration will be capped at 25 participants.
  • FULL PAYMENT Due by October 30th, 2008
  • NO ACCESS to the online course will be granted for people without the confirmation of FULL PAYMENT
  • NO ACCESS to the first day of the class will be granted for people without the confirmation of FULL PAYMENT

PAYMENT INFORMATION:

Course Fees are as follows:

RNs (including pelvic module): $800
PAs (including pelvic module): $800
NPs (including pelvic module): $800
MDs (including pelvic module): $800
Social Workers / other staff that will not practice as SAFEs $600
