Rape Crisis Program: Gentle Stretching and Strengthening Class

Description:
For women survivors of sexual violence.

Join us for a free, weekly stretching class open to women who are survivors of sexual assault or childhood sexual abuse. The class will focus on gentle stretching exercises, muscle strengthening exercises, and feeling comfortable in one's own body.

The class meets Thursday evenings, 6:00 - 7:00 pm at 41-51 East 11th Street, 9th Floor (between University Palce and Broadway, near Union Square).

Please wear comfortable clothing (some work will be in the floor).
