BRIDGEPORT, Conn. (AP)_ A Superior Court judge has ruled that a model agency owner accused of sexually assaulting three teenage girls is not mentally competent to stand trial.

Michael Britt, 43, was in court Wednesday when Judge Richard Comerford found Britt mentally incompetent to stand trial and ordered him to undergo outpatient treatment.

Britt is accused of sexually assaulting three Norwalk teens, including one in the Summit Women's Center where he worked as a part-time janitor.

Britt, the owner of Model World Enterprises, is charged with first-degree sexual assault, second-degree sexual assault, fourth-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor.

Police said Britt sexually assaulted three girls, aged 18, 17 and 14, in March and April 2005, after recruiting them to be models.

The case was continued to Dec. 12.
