Thank you for your article of 27 September 2006, Midshipman Faces New Sex Assault Charges.  While the article gave a voice to the defence attorney and the US Naval Academy, it did not feature any representation from the side of the prosecution.  I appreciate that this side of the story was missing in the original Associated Press article.  However, I hope that your paper will see this as an opportunity to better represent the prosecution's side in follow up articles about this case.
