Guilty Plea to Kidnapping and Murder Responded to by Anastasia Webb
Dear New York Times Editor,

Re: "Idaho: Guilty Plea to Kidnapping and Murder," sexual predators believe that the reason they rape and molest children is because they are sexually attracted to them. They believe this because they are delusional and have a deviant sexual response to violence and sadism. Pedophiles and rapists are, in fact, not motivated by sex-- which is a consensual act-- they are motivated by a pathological desire to control and dehumanize. In saying that the rapist/murderer in this case killed an entire family in order to "kidnap the family'ís two youngest children for sex," the AP affirmed the point of view of sexual predators. In the future, please make sure reporters use language that does not mislead the public, or the perpetrator, about the actuality of rape.

Anastasia Webb.
